The Case for Deadfuck Dance:

As Jimmy in what was supposed to be the final Friday the 13th film, Crispin Glover reportedly made every cast member burst into laughter during his initial performance of 'the Deadfuck Dance' his character participates in during this scene.  It took multiple takes to get the scene without his cast mates laughing in the background.
