A handy guide for submitting scenes to be used in future battles!
1) Give me the movie title, year, and scene
I'm going to have to search for the scene on YouTube, so please don't make this hard by forcing me to guess which movie you are referring to when there are so many remakes out there.
2) Be clear which scene you mean
If you submit 'Jaws 1975 - Shark Attack' I am not going to know which one you mean. Be specific!
3) If you have a clever name for the scene, please include it
Coming up with a title - without repeating myself - is sometimes a challenge, so if you have a clever title in mind, include it! There's a good chance I will use it to save myself some effort.
4) Please let me know how you would like to be credited
It can be your name, a username, whatever, just let me know how to credit you when the scene posts. And preferring not to be credited is an option, just let me know! In the event you have a Twitch, blog, etc, I can and will hyperlink to it also - so be sure to include that!
5) Make the scene safe for work
On the off chance someone is using their work device to vote, please don't put them in the awkward position of having a sex scene or explicitly gory scene pop up. While kills have been featured in the battles before, they weren't especially graphic, so feel free to use the battle history to get an idea of what is allowed.
6) Please make the case for the scene
There is a whole section dedicated to the reason the scene should win! While I can and do fill that out when there is no case with the scene submission, I want to hear why you think it deserves to win!
7) Encourage others to vote
You've gone through all of the work to submit a scene, so you should encourage others to participate! The more the merrier, and it might even help me get more submissions!
There you go! I look forward to all submissions!
