The Case for The Indianapolis Speech (2):
One of the greatest speeches ever written for film, Quint (Robert Shaw) details his experience after the sinking of the USS Indianapolis, revealing why he hunts sharks and why he won't wear a life jacket in this harrowing account.
The Case for Seeing the Rhedosaurus:
While in the Arctic conducting secret nuclear texts, Professor Tom Nesbitt (Paul Christian) is the first to set eyes on the freshly-awakened Rhedosaurus. Falling off a small cliff, he is disbelieved when reporting it. Featuring Ray Harryhausen's first full credit for special effects, the Rhedosaurus was a stop-motion marvel at the time.
