The movie opens with new character Keno (Ernie Reyes, Jr) inadvertently coming across remnants of the Foot Clan robbing a mall - and quickly gets overwhelmed by their numbers. Over the title card, the Turtles appear and, as the credits run, they easily overcome the thieves and send them running.
