Trying to create a new hero for him to battle, Megamind (Will Ferrell) inadvertently creates a new super villain - one that he has to defeat to save the day.  On the losing end of the battle, Megamind realizes that he has the ability to take away Titan's (Jonah Hill) powers - but has to use all of his cunning to do so.

With Rodan having just awakened from the volcano overlooking the city, the members of Monarch try to lure him away to mitigate the damage.  While speeding towards King Ghidorah, the smaller jets attempt to attack and dodge the pursuing Rodan, though their efforts aren't rewarded, and only the main Monarch jet gets away.

Having discovered that the cocoons in Billy's room have hatched - and the phone cutting out on her mid-call - Lynn (Frances Lee McCain) investigates the strange noises from her kitchen and finds gremlins there.  Using some quick thinking and make-shift weapons, she quickly dispatches three of them before checking the house for the other two.
