The Case for It Is Unusual:
Tom Jones, playing himself, sings one of his biggest hits for Vegas audiences, but then finds himself surrounded and attacked by Martians. Fleeing, he meets and teams up with Byron Williams (Jim Brown), Barbara Land (Annette Bening), Cindy (Janice Rivera), and a rude gambler (Danny DeVito) and they cobble together a quick plan for their escape.
The Case for The Best Part of My Day:
In this scene, Chuckie (Ben Affleck) explains to Will (Matt Damon) that he wants Will to take the opportunities offered to him - opportunities that he will never have. That any future where Will remains in his current life is a disappointing one, and that he hopes to one day go to pick Will up and learn that Will has left - not even saying goodbye.
